This is an American straight bourbon from the Rare Character range, made from Brook Hill whiskey. It is a single barrel bottling of 6 years old, produced in 1988.
It was bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof), around 1994, a strength that was usual for retail bourbon at the time. That sets it apart from the other Brook Hill releases in the range, which are recent single barrels at cask strength.
It comes in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle.
