Hurst Knoll is a Kentucky straight rye from Rare Character, a brand founded in 2021 by Pablo Moix and Peter Nevenglosky.
Andy Shapira joined the team in 2022. They grew up in the Heaven Hill Distillery family business and worked there before joining the brand.
Rare Character buys casks from across North America and bottles them. Its range includes bourbon, rye and other American whiskeys.
