A Barolo DOCG from La Bioca, made exclusively from Nebbiolo. It comes from one of the renowned crus of Piedmont, in the heart of the Langa astigiana, and is aged in oak barrels. In the glass it is intense ruby, tending towards garnet with age.
The nose shows faded roses, ripe cherries, tobacco and delicate spices. On the palate it is enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, giving long persistence. It is suggested with red meat dishes, mushrooms and aged cheeses.
