Re:Find Rye is a craft American rye whiskey made on California's Central Coast. The wash comes from two local breweries, BarrelHouse Brewery and SLO Brew, brewed to a custom recipe of rye, wheat and barley.
The distillery ferments, distils and ages the spirit itself, using 15 gallon whiskey barrels. The smaller barrels give a higher surface to volume ratio, which speeds up ageing and shapes the flavour profile it is after.
