Rebecca Creek Bottled in Bond Bourbon is a Texas straight bourbon bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750ml bottle, to Bottled in Bond standards.
The mash bill is 60% yellow corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley.
The nose opens with sweet corn and soft vanilla over clean oak. On the palate come floral notes, roasted nuts and a touch of caramel, leading to a bold black pepper finish with lingering rye spice.
