Rebel 100 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% (100 proof). Its mash bill is wheated, made from corn, wheat and malted barley.
The higher strength brings warmth, while the wheat in the mash bill softens the edges of the spirit.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel and warm oak. On the palate honey and toffee come first, with hints of baking spice and a touch of dark fruit, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.
