Rebel 100 Proof Straight Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). Launched in 2023, it is the higher-strength successor to the brand's original rye.
The mash bill is 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley, and the whiskey is distilled at Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky.
The official note describes a spicy nose opening into rich rye flavour with hints of vanilla. On the palate, expect classic rye spice of cinnamon, mint and pepper, with sweet corn and vanilla underneath.
