Rebel 10 Year Old is a Kentucky bourbon matured for ten years in charred oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
Each barrel is said to give the whisky a flavour profile of its own, so the character varies from one cask to the next.
The first sips bring caramel and citrus, before the whisky moves to a velvety oak flavour with plenty of spice.
Tasting Notes
Caramel and citrus at first, then velvety oak with spice
