Rebel Small Batch Reserve is a wheated bourbon bottled at 110 proof (55%). Each barrel is handpicked under master distiller John Rempe, and the recipe follows the original wheated bourbon recipe established in 1849.
The nose is honey and vanilla, and the palate moves to caramel and subtle oak. It is full-bodied, with a long finish of sweet spice and warmth.
