A white wine from the Karst plateau in Slovenia, made from the Rebula grape.
It is bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose has lively white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, citrus and floral hints. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with surprising freshness from good acidity and mineral notes typical of the Karst soil, giving complexity and persistence.
It works as an aperitif and with light antipasti, fish and seafood, fresh cheeses and Asian dishes with spicy notes.
