Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG - Bolla (50cl)

A sweet Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG from Bolla, made from dried grapes. It shows a deep, bright ruby red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet is rich and seductive, with intense aromas of ripe fruit such as cherries and plums, jam, chocolate, vanilla and sweet spices, reflecting careful maturation in cask. On the palate it has balanced sweetness and a velvety structure, with ripe fruit and jam mingling with chocolate and spices for an intense, persistent taste. The balance of sweetness, acidity and soft tannins gives a harmonious, pleasantly long finish.
