Red Stag by Jim Beam Black Cherry Infused Bourbon (175cl, 32.5%)

Red Stag is a flavoured bourbon from Jim Beam of Clermont, Kentucky, made by infusing natural black cherry into four-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon. It is bottled at 32.5% ABV in a large 1.75 litre size. The cherry sits on top of a bourbon base, and the spirit is meant for mixing, in cherry-cola highballs, lemonade mixes or as a chilled shot. In the glass, ripe black cherry comes over caramel and vanilla bourbon notes, ending sweet and smooth.
