Redbreast 12 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey from Midleton, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. Maturation takes place in bourbon casks together with Oloroso sherry casks, giving a sherry-led style and a complex range of aromas. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
