Redbreast 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey made at Midleton, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The mash is malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and then matured for twelve years in bourbon and sherry casks.
Fruit and spice meet toasted wood on the nose. The palate brings those notes together with sherry character and a silky texture, followed by a long finish.
