Redbreast 12 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whisky from Midleton in County Cork, made from malted and unmalted barley. It is matured for 12 years in American and European oak casks.
The nose has apple, pear and citrus, followed by sweet spice, honey and vanilla. The palate is soft and creamy, with toasted nuts and a slight hint of oak. The finish is long, with lingering dried fruit.
