Redbreast 15 Year Old Irish Whiskey (75cl, 46%)

Redbreast 15 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is triple distilled from malted and unmalted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry-seasoned and bourbon-seasoned oak casks. It was first created in 2005 as a limited edition for La Maison du Whisky in Paris, and later joined the permanent range. It has three more years of maturation than the 12 Year Old. The nose is full and rich, with berry fruits and aromatic oils. The palate is round and mellow, with fleshy fruit, spices and toasted wood, leading to a long finish.
