Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish pot still whiskey, made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills.
It is matured for no less than 15 years in oak casks, with a balance of first fill and refill casks that brings out the spice in the Redbreast character.
The nose is full and rich, with berry fruits and aromatic oils. The palate is round and mellow, with juicy fruit, spice and toasted wood, followed by a long finish.
