Redbreast 18 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from County Cork, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is full of blackcurrant, raspberry, sugar-glazed cherry and dried fig, with hazelnut chocolate, toasted almonds, cinnamon, polished oak and worn leather. The palate is full-bodied and rounded, with ginger, liquorice, dried fruit, dark berries and orange peel alongside the oak. The finish is rich and lasting, as the pot still spices, fruit and oak fade together.
