Redbreast 21 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey, matured for 21 years.
The nose is full of fruit that moves from dried to tropical, then to deep toasted nuts. On the palate sherry comes through strongly alongside dried fruit and a creaminess typical of pot still, followed by toasted oak and spice. The finish is distinctly pot still, with fresh hints of barley and spice.
