Redbreast 21 Year Old is a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, made in a pot still style that reflects the Midleton Distillery tradition. It is presented as the top expression of the Redbreast range. The 21 years of ageing add depth to its flavour and character. The nose spans fresh tropical fruit, nuts and rich dried fruit. On the palate are soft vanilla, toasted oak and sherry nuttiness with a dusting of spices, and juicy fruit adds to a silky mouthfeel. The finish lingers with oak and spices, ending on a note of barley.
