Redbreast 21 Years Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey, matured for 21 years in ex-sherry casks and presented as a limited edition in a 70cl bottle.
Pot still whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
The nose offers almond, sherry, orange liqueur and blackcurrant, with a light touch of ginger. The palate is deep and full-bodied, with apple pie and raisins alongside cloves and cinnamon. The finish is long and warm, with honey and spice.
