This is a 27 year old Redbreast, a triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton distillery in County Cork. It matured for at least 27 years in a combination of bourbon, sherry and Ruby Port casks; the port casks add to the bourbon and sherry maturation usual for Redbreast.
This is Batch 7, bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 55.8%, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
