Redbreast – Dream Cask 27 Year Old Port To Port Bottle No.302 is an irish whiskey from Redbreast. Aged 27 years, bottled at 56.2% ABV, 50cl. The sixth edition is part of the Dream Cask collection. A quite different cask edition, a 27-year-old single pot still that captures the quintessential Redbreast style while celebrating innovation and craftsmanship. A marrying of two dream casks, hand-selected by Master Blender, Billy Leighton, and Blender, Dave McCabe, to create one exceptional whiskey. A step away from the usual sherry influences that we see from Redbreast. For the first time, a Redbreast release does not incorporate a sherry element or a double barrel maturation. One barrel matured in a bourbon barrel, while the second rested in a ruby port pipe. Both barrels were then married and laid to rest together in two tawny port pipes. Bottle No. 302/870
