Redbreast Iberian Series PX Edition is a single pot still Irish whiskey, triple-distilled at Midleton Distillery and bottled at 46% in a 750ml bottle. It is the first release in Redbreast's Iberian Series.
The whiskey is matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, then finished in Pedro Ximénez hogsheads from southern Spain. It is non-chill filtered.
In the tasting notes, dark dried fruit such as raisins, figs and dates sits over pot still spice, toasted oak and vanilla, with dark chocolate, walnut and a hint of espresso on the finish.
