Redbreast Lustau Edition is an Irish whiskey born of a collaboration between Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery, and is described as the most sherried style of Redbreast. It was first matured for 9 to 12 years in traditional bourbon and sherry casks. It then spent one further year in first fill sherry butts seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
