Redbreast Lustau Edition is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 70cl bottle, the result of a collaboration between Bodegas Lustau and Midleton Distillery.
It matures for 12 years in bourbon and sherry casks, then spends a further year in first-fill oloroso sherry casks from Lustau in Jerez.
The nose combines apple juice, dried fruit, oak and orange peel. The palate is sweet, fruity and creamy, with oak, chocolate and cinnamon. The finish is sweet and lightly spiced.
