Lustau sherry finish
This is a Redbreast Irish single pot still whisky finished in sherry casks from Bodega Lustau. The bodega is in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain and has supplied casks to the Midleton distillery for decades. It is a permanent addition to the Redbreast range, made as a tribute to that long relationship. It keeps the fruity profile that single pot still whiskies are known for.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
