This is an Irish single pot still whiskey from Redbreast, part of the Iberian Series and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. After its regular maturation it was finished in Moscatel wine casks from Spain. It is non-chill-filtered and free of added colouring.
The nose offers ripe grapes, honey, dried fruit and fine spice. On the palate come raisins, orange, caramel and soft oak spice, followed by a long, elegant finish.
