Redbreast Pedro Ximénez Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Redbreast Pedro Ximénez Edition is a triple distilled single pot still Irish whiskey. It is the first limited edition release in the Iberian Series, which features whiskeys finished in casks from Spain and Portugal. The whiskey is first matured in Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, then re-casked in Pedro Ximénez hogsheads from the south of Spain, which give it a sweet finish.
