Redbreast PX Edition is a triple distilled Single Pot Still Irish whiskey from the Iberian Series, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Maturation begins in Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. The whiskey is then re-casked in Pedro Ximénez hogsheads from southern Spain, which give it a sweet, distinctive finish.
