Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition is an Irish single pot still whiskey bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof). It belongs to the American Oak series from Redbreast, of which it is the latest addition.
The base whiskey was aged in sherry and ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for ten months in virgin Missouri oak barrels, with the oak coming from the Ozark Forest.
