Redemption Barrel Proof is a 9 year old Kentucky bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 108.2 proof. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, and the whiskey is amber in colour with ruby tones.
On the nose there is fresh Madagascan vanilla pod, caramelised toffee and dark roast coffee, with hints of lavender honey. The palate is smooth, mellow and seamless, with bacon, smoked meats, hops and white pepper spice, and an overlay of wet river stone.
