Redemption High Rye is a bourbon made with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley, which puts the rye close to the upper limit allowed in a bourbon recipe.
It is aged for a minimum of two years and bottled at 92 proof (46%).
The style is a sweet bourbon backbone with pronounced rye spice alongside vanilla and caramel, and it is described as suited to sipping or to classic cocktails.
