Redemption Rye Whiskey (46%)

Redemption Rye is an American rye whiskey made with the aim of bringing back the classic rye cocktail. The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, well above the 51% rye that federal law requires for the label. It is aged for a minimum of 2 years and bottled at 92 proof (46%). The high rye content is intended to push the flavour forward and bring out the character of the rye grain.
