Redemption Single Barrel Bonded Bourbon 6 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond (75cl, 50%)

Redemption Single Barrel Bonded Bourbon is the brand's first bottled-in-bond release and the opening expression of its relaunched Higher Marques Collection. It is 6 years old, bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle, and each bottle comes from a single barrel. It is non-chill-filtered. The bourbon was distilled in a single season at the MGP Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, from a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley, and matured in American oak. Master Blender Alan Kennedy hand-selected it. The nose offers vanilla, worn leather, raspberry and oak. The palate brings crème brûlée, sweet corn and baking spice, and the finish is long, with caramel, oak and spice.
