Redemption Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 46%)

Redemption Straight Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV). It is non-chill filtered, and the mash bill contains 21% rye, which adds bold intensity to the sweetness of the corn. The strength was raised to 92 proof to bring out its vanilla, fruit, delicate floral tones, cinnamon and deep oak. The nose offers honey, vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate come caramel and sweet corn with vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruits and oak. The finish is medium, with vanilla and oak and a touch of sweetness from the corn.
