Redemption Wheated Bourbon is a four-year-old bourbon at 96 proof, in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 45% wheat, 51% corn and 4% malted barley, and the colour is deep topaz and amber with hues of orange and lime.
The nose brings candied ginger, sage and lavender, fresh pear, vanilla and cedar, with bay leaf and burnt toffee beneath. The palate is silky yet robust, with roasted coffee beans, smoked meats and hazelnut, alongside cardamom, black pepper and a fresh hint of mint.
