Redigaffi Toscana IGT

A red wine from Tua Rita, produced in Alta Maremma in the Colline Metallifere area. It is made exclusively from Merlot grown on clay soils with a medium-high presence of skeleton, with manual harvest in 15 kg crates. After vinification it ages for 18-20 months in first-use French oak barriques, then rests further in bottle. In the glass it shows structure, concentration and depth, with ripe dark fruits, spices, balsamic notes and tobacco nuances. Serve at 15-18 °C with game, roast red meats, braises and aged cheeses.
