Redwood Empire Devils Tower is a high rye bourbon made grain to glass from a four-grain mash bill with roughly 45% rye. It is a single release drawn from hand-selected barrels aged for at least five years.
The barrels were aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, which the producer says allows a slow and even extraction of flavour.
