Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Rye Whiskey

Emerald Giant is a rye whiskey from Redwood Empire, named after the fastest growing redwood tree in the world. It is made from hand-selected barrels of rye whiskey aged between 3 and 5 years. The mash bill is 95% rye, which gives the whiskey its spice character. On the palate it is complex and spicy, with a hint of honey and orange peel, and it finishes with a lingering note of cinnamon.
