Redwood Empire Emerald Giant is an American whiskey from a California distillery, blended from 60% rye whiskey and 40% bourbon. The rye portion is made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley and aged between 3 and 5 years. The bourbon portion is 75% corn, 21% raw rye and 4% malted barley, aged between 5 and 12 years.
Some of the distillery's own distillate is in the mix, and the blend is aged for no less than three years. It is bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
