Redwood Empire Lost Monarch

Lost Monarch is the new name for the original straight whiskey blend from Redwood Empire. It is made from 60% rye whiskey and 40% bourbon. The rye was aged for between 3 and 5 years, and the bourbon for between 4 and 12 years. The sweetness of the corn and the spice of the rye are balanced against each other. The nose is butterscotch, the palate brings vanilla, caramel and delicate maple, and the finish is lightly peppery.
