Redwood Empire – Pipe Dream 101 Proof (75cl, 50.5%)

Redwood Empire Pipe Dream 101 Proof is a California bourbon from Redwood Empire, inspired by the redwoods of Humboldt County. It is made from a four-grain mash bill and bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. This higher-proof reserve draws on older whiskey stocks to give a richer version of the house style. The nose brings caramel apple pop, buttered bran muffin and honey stick. On the palate are zesty lemon bar, chai spice and sugar cookie shortbread, with a long, textured finish.
