Redwood Empire Screaming Titan Wheated Bourbon

Screaming Titan is a wheated bourbon from Redwood Empire Whiskey, made from hand-selected barrels aged for at least 5 years. It is a small release. The four-grain mash bill contains at least 30% wheat. The barrels are aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, which allows a slow and even extraction of flavour. The name comes from a multi-stem coastal redwood in the Grove of Titans. It rises over 323 feet and was named after a naturalist who screamed when he first saw the grove in the late 1990s.
