Van Duzen is a straight rye whiskey from Redwood Empire in California, in a 75cl bottle. It comes from the distillery's series of small releases, each built around a particular focus.
The mash bill includes a large proportion of malted barley, which sets it apart from a conventional rye. It was distilled grain-to-glass and blended from 45 barrels, then bottled at 94 proof.
