Van Duzen is a straight rye whiskey from Redwood Empire Whiskey, released as part of a small-batch series. A large share of malted barley goes into the mash bill alongside the rye, which the producer presents as a departure from the usual style of rye. It is made grain to glass, meaning the whiskey is produced from the grain onwards under the one name.
