Regal Rogue Bold Red Vermouth

Bold Red is a semi-dry red vermouth from Australia, built on an organic wine base rather than added sugar. It pairs organic Shiraz from Orange in New South Wales with un-wooded organic Chardonnay. The botanicals mix native Australian ingredients, pepper berry, wattleseed and thyme, with cinnamon, clove, star anise, nutmeg, ginger and bitter orange. It is not rested in wood and contains no artificial flavours. At 80 grams of sugar per litre, it carries far less sugar than is usual for the category. Aromatic spice leads, with rich dried fruit such as fig and cherry behind it.
