Reinheart Rye Whiskey Cask No. 3 is a Danish single cask rye, a small batch release from the idea of Henrik Hammer and his friends Kristian and Terkel, who set out to make a rye whisky with plenty of flavour and the right cask.
It was distilled in 2015 and matured in an American virgin oak cask, marked Toast M / Char 4, at Vintre Møller on central Zealand. Bottling took place in December 2022, after seven years, at 59% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The release runs to 250 bottles, each numbered and hand-labelled.
