A dark rum from Remedy, made from a careful selection of molasses and refined distillation. It evokes intense aromas of vanilla, sweet spice and caramel, typical of patient ageing in oak barrels. On the palate it is soft, with a full body and a long, enveloping finish, with light woody notes and a touch of dried fruit. It can be enjoyed neat or used in refined cocktails seeking complexity and character.
