Rémy Martin 300th Anniversary Coupe is a special edition Cognac made to mark the house's 300th anniversary, in a 70cl bottle. Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau created it, drawing on earlier anniversary blends: he revisited the 290th anniversary blend, itself shaped by the 275th edition, and added further eaux-de-vie to echo the original 250th anniversary blend.
He chose only Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie that had aged for many years in the cellars. A few batches of this blend will also be set aside to age in barrel and feed into future creations.
